Introduction
No practice can be successful unless the entire team in on the same page. The purpose of this session is to expose the dental team to what it takes to be optimally successful. Success is not just brought about by learning new techniques or buying new technology. Optimal success is brought about by a team approach to sharing a similar vision, knowing how to handle patients, and how to introduce change into a practice. Change is always a challenge for the dental team and the patients. This session is intended to start the process by which any practice can be improved.
