Introduction

Esthetic Professionals is offering a unique program to help dental technicians become successful and prosper in today’s ever-changing market. In response to an increasing demand for formalized, concentrated, and comprehensive courses that cover essential techniques and skills we have developed a residency program for dental technicians. Although there have been major advances in areas such as CAD/CAM and materials, there has been a serious and problematic shortage of practical and useful hands-on courses that introduce and train technicians in techniques that can be immediately be implemented within a production environment. These courses will introduce new skills to technicians as well as enhance and upgrade their current skills.

The program consists of six hands-on courses geared for technicians who currently own labs or hold employee positions. The courses are structured within 4 Friday-Saturday sessions. Any of these courses can be taken separately or as a complete series—a "residency". Certified Dental Technicians earn eight hours of documented scientific continuing education credits per day.
