Direct Posterior Composite Workshop
(Lecture, Hands-On)

While materials and techniques have improved over the years, problems still persist. The objective of this session will be to present proven techniques that will minimize or eliminate problems like sensitivity, contacts, voids, leakage, contour, and time. A hands-on experience will allow participants the opportunity to practice the techniques described and demonstrated in the presentation portion of the session.

Topics

  1. Problem solving through direct posterior placement for geriatric, trauma, and other situations.
  2. Bulk placement instead of layering eliminating post-op pain.
  3. Learning "thru-the-tooth" (TTT) polymerization techniques for shrinkage control.
  4. Creating tight contacts in all situations.
  5. Time efficient occlusal shaping and finishing.
  6. Become skilled at using the Contour Strip, a crown shaped matrix and the Triodent Matrix System, a sectional restorative technique

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing, signed, and are dated when received at EP. If cancellations are made 30-60 days before the start of the program, 25% of the total tuition must still be paid.100% of the total tuition is transferable to another program for one year with no penalties. If cancellations are made 0-30 days before the start of the program, 50% of the total tuition must still be paid.75% of the total tuition is transferable to another program for one year. If cancellations are made after the start of the program, 100% of the total tuition must still be paid.50% of the total tuition is transferable to another program for one year. Esthetic Professionals reserves the right to cancel any program seven days prior to the starting date. 100% refunds will be given or transferred to another program.
