Terms and Conditions
1. ELIGIBILITY:
Esthetic Professionals Dental Education Center raffle is open only to licensed dentists and auxilary staff living and practicing in the US. Void where prohibited by law. By participating in the raffle, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules which are final and binding.
There are lots of programs and topics available in the dental continuing education marketplace, but very few stand committed to teaching with methods that are specifically intended to help you integrate what you learn into your practice.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
March 23th, 2009 to September 18th, 2009
4. HOW TO ENTER:
During the FREE Residency Program raffle period visit www.estheticprofessionals.com for participation instructions to qualify and register. You must be registered to enter or win. All entries must be received during the raffle period. Any use of automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including but not limited to raffleor raffle entry services) are not permitted. Although subsequent attempts to enter may be received, only new refferals received from a particular individual person will be eligible for more raffel ticket entries; subsequent attempts to enter will be disqualified. Proof of entry submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
All entries become the property of Sponsor, will not be returned but will be acknowledged with a confirmation email. All entrants must complete all information requested in connection with their entry. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, all of which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed the entrant. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned to the email address by the organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the respective domain.
5. DRAWING and NOTIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS:
Winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be held on September 18th, 2009. Sponsor, whose decisions as to the administration of the raffle and the selection of the winners are final, will conduct the drawing. The winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the drawing. In order to claim his/her prize, the winner must, respond within fourteen (14) days of being notified. Winner will need to provide shipping cost and information. Winners may also be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and where lawful, a Publicity Release.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days after the first attempt to contact him/her, or fail to respond with required items within (14) days following the date of issuance of notification, at Sponsor's discretion an alternate entrant may be selected in his/her place at random from among all eligible entries received. Potential alternate winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.
6. PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING:
No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of prize or prize component permitted. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. A winner for the tuition prize only will be chosen based on a minimum course enrollment of 35 registered students or more. All other prize winners are subject to the general raffle rules.
7. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
By participating in the raffle, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, affiliated companies and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the raffle and providing referral’s information or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the raffle; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the raffle or the processing of entries; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the raffle or receipt of any prize.
Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the raffle and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys' fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this raffle or any prize awarded shall be resolved under the laws of California, without respect to any conflict of law issues, and entrant agrees that such shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the U.S. Federal and State Courts of California. By participating in the raffle, entrants hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of a court of subject matter jurisdiction on Union County, California.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the raffle. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the raffle if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the raffle, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the raffle or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive manner. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
9. PERSONAL INFORMATION:
The personal information collected through the raffle is subject to being shared with key promotion partners, determined at the sponsor's discretion.
10. WINNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES:
Winner will be required to work directly with Esthetic Professionals, providing accurate and detailed information to register for the residency program or shipping of other prizes. Any residency costs associated but not limited to enrollment deposit and materials kit will be non-refunded. If winner has not done so already subsequent costs, to finalize enrollment, will be billed directly to the winner of the residency tuition. These costs will be estimated in advance and must be authorized in writing by the winner.
