Introduction
Treating partial or fully edentulous patients is one of the most demanding but also one of the most profitable components of private practice. Dental implants provide alternatives that both simplify treatment and improve outcomes. Over the last 15 years, Implants have become simpler to place and easier to restore allowing implant treatment to be easily incorporated into the daily life of any general practices.
This residency is designed for general dentists who want to learn how to diagnose and treat advanced prosthodontic cases and plunge into the wonderful world of implant dentistry. This residency is designed to be adaptable to any implant system and almost any clinical situation.
The components of this Residency will include lectures, case presentations, extensive hands-on exercises, individual case diagnosis and treatment planning sessions. Completion of this residency will make the resident eligible to treat patients in the optional Clinical portion of this residency.
