Introduction

Provisional restorations are dental prototypes that can ensure treatment success or doom it to compromise. This lecture presentation will provide a comprehensive overview for the entire dental team on how to make accurate and esthetically pleasing provisional restorations in a methodical and time effective way. Materials, optimizing esthetics, fit, and function will be presented for simplecrowns & bridges to advanced veneers, implants and reconstruction cases.

Dentist and staff teams will work together to fabricate several types of provisional restoration prototypes. Staff members will focus on single units and short fixed partial dentures while the dentists will focus on veneers and advanced anterior and esthetic functionally demanding provisional restorations. This workshop will focus on how to efficiently make accurate, functional, and highly esthetic provisional restorations.

Dr. Bruce Crispin received a DDS in 1972 and an MS in 1975 (Fixed Prosthodontics) from the University of Michigan. He has the unique combination of being a Diplomat of the American Board of Prosthodontics and an Accredited member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He has been an international educator for over 40 years and founded the UCLA Center for Esthetic Dentistry in 1987 and was director for 9 years. He retired from UCLA after 23 years in order to attain the freedom to provide programs with the quality, comprehensiveness and the value that he felt his residents deserved. Dr. Crispin has published over 45 research and professional publications including the textbook “Contemporary Esthetic Dentistry: Practice Fundamentals” which has been translated into five languages. His many hands-on programs are in great demand and provide great value to the dental practitioner

Dr. Kristi Crispin earned her dental degree from Tufts University of Dental Medicine in Boston, and upon graduation in 2003, she completed extensive post-graduate training in cosmetic, reconstructive and implant dentistry. She was fortunate to have taken all of the Esthetic Professionals Residency programs in one year as she built her own practice. She since has received her accreditation by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and is only one of 385 dentists in the world to achieve this prestigious honor. Now as associate director of Esthetic Professionals, she is committed to providing quality hands-on programs that are not only state-of-the-art, but an excellent value as well. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing, signed, and are dated when received at EP. If cancellations are made 30-60 days before the start of the program, 25% of the total tuition must still be paid. 100% of the total tuition is transferable to another program for one year with no penalties. If cancellations are made 0-30 days before the start of the program, 50% of the total tuition must still be paid. 75% of the total tuition is transferable to another program for one year. If cancellations are made after the start of the program, 100% of the total tuition must still be paid. 50% of the total tuition is transferable to another program for one year. Esthetic Professionals reserves the right to cancel any program seven days prior to the starting date. 100% refunds will be given or transferred to another program.
