Ceramic Bridges

All ceramic bridges provide an alternative to ceramometal when not desired for selective reasons.

1. Conventional and pressed ceramic bridges are contraindicated.
2. High strength pressed ceramic bridges are indicated for replacing single anterior teeth when greater translucency is required. It should be limited to minimal to low stress situations and adhesive technology is required.
3. High strength milled ceramic (zirconium) bridges can be used as an alternative to ceramometal in most instances. It may be limited by the length of the bridge. Adhesive technology not required
