This new curriculum will focus on creating a “Progressive Educational Experience”. The ultimate goal of the new curriculum will be to give dentists and their team the knowledge and experience to build practices that are rewarding both financially and personally.
This new “Progressive Educational Experience” has been designed to provide a more time efficient way to complete a comprehensive state of the art practice building experience curriculum. The time spent at EP will focus on hands-on and team building programs. Webinar technology will be used to present topics in a lecture format. The ultimate goal is to reduce travel time and expenses and allow for a more flexible and comprehensive educational experience.
Stair Step Education Format
This new EP curriculum will continue to focus on limited attendance hands-on and clinical programs but will be totally re-organized to provide a more efficient approach to dental education. The new EP curriculum will be segmented to create more education options and content. A mandatory foundational series will provide the knowledge necessary for the more advanced programs and a clinical hands-on experience. In addition, advanced sessions that provide dentists the tools to diagnose and treat complex advanced cases will be provided. This “Progressive Educational Experience” will provide a logical and comprehensive “Step by Step” approach to attaining an optimal dental education in a time efficient way.

Stair Step ONE: “Building a Solid Practice Foundation”
“EP Stair Step One” is a series of lectures and hands-on exercises that will introduce dentists and their team to a broad spectrum of dental topics that can be applied immediately into any practice. It is also designed to provide the mandatory foundation for more advanced hands-on and clinical programs.
Stair Step Two: “Taking Skills to the Next Level”
“EP Stair Step Two” is the next step in the “Progressive Educational Experience”. In this series, topics from Stair Step One will be taken to the next level. In addition, the foundation for indirect restorative procedures will be presented as well as complimenting periodontal and implant procedures.
Stair Step Three: Advanced Restorative and Clinical Experience
“EP Stair Step three” is the next logical step forward in the “Progressive Educational Experience” that provides the advanced clinical experience necessary to gain the ultimate “comfort zone” necessary to apply what has been taught in the previous sections. Cases should be selected that expand participants experience level. In addition, an introduction to organizing and treating advanced reconstruction cases will be presented.
Stair Step Four: “Periodontal Surgery”
“EP Stair Step Four” is the next step in the “Progressive Educational Experience” and is designed to build upon the knowledge gained in previous steps and take it one step higher. It is for individuals that want to excel in dentistry and master techniques beyond an intermediate level and get into periodontal surgical techniques to enhance and simplify their restorative procedures and outcomes.
Stair Step Five: Restoring Implants: How to be the captain of your implant team
“EP Stair Step Five” is another step forward in the “Progressive Educational Experience” that provides the advanced knowledge necessary to diagnose, design and restore simple to advanced implant cases.
