Westlake Village, California male patient presented with failing right front tooth. Tooth was extracted and implant was placed. The space was also closed by restoring four front teeth with veneers to give him a "Hollywood smile." He waited fifty four years to finally get the smile he has always wanted and he said, " it was worth waiting for".
