Installation and Training
Buying new dental equipment is only half the equation. Getting it properly installed, calibrated, and integrated into your workflow, and making sure your team actually knows how to use it, is what determines whether that investment pays off. At Esthetic Professionals, installation and training are included in every purchase.
Why Installation and Training Matter
New dental imaging equipment, milling machines, and 3D printers are precise instruments, and improper installation can lead to calibration issues, workflow bottlenecks, or equipment that never performs to its full potential. Likewise, a practice or lab can own the best dental CBCT scanner or CAD/CAM milling machine on the market and still see poor results if staff aren’t trained to use it correctly. Proper installation and hands-on training are what turn new equipment into a reliable part of your daily workflow, rather than an expensive piece of hardware sitting underused in the corner.
Our Installation Process
All equipment we sell ships new, direct from the manufacturer, so you’re never receiving refurbished or previously used systems. Once your equipment arrives, our team coordinates installation to make sure everything, from a chairside milling machine to a full CBCT system, is set up correctly and calibrated to manufacturer specifications from day one.
For systems that are part of a larger digital workflow, such as a scanner paired with design software and a mill or printer, we also make sure each component is properly connected and communicating with the others. A disconnected setup, where a scanner, software, or mill don’t integrate smoothly, undermines much of the efficiency that digital dentistry is supposed to provide, so getting this right at installation is a priority.
Hands-On, In-House Training
Esthetic Professionals is rated highly for post-sales support and in-house training, and it’s one of the areas we take the most pride in. Our team provides hands-on training directly at your practice or lab, walking your staff through real workflows on the actual equipment they’ll be using every day.
Training typically covers day-to-day operation, basic troubleshooting, and best practices specific to your case types, whether that’s scanning techniques for intraoral scanners, design workflows for exocad, or maintenance routines for a mill or 3D printer. Because our own team uses this same equipment daily in our laboratory and private practice, training comes from real operational experience.
Support That Continues After Training
Installation and initial training are just the starting point. Our team remains available for ongoing questions as your staff gets more comfortable with new equipment, whether that means troubleshooting a specific case, refining a scanning technique, or answering material-related questions as your workflow evolves. This continued relationship is part of what our customers consistently point to when describing why they stay with us for future equipment purchases.
A Smoother Transition for New and Growing Practices
For practices opening for the first time or expanding into new digital workflows, installation and training are often the most important part of the process. A new practice bringing in a CBCT scanner, intraoral scanner, and mill all at once benefits enormously from coordinated installation and training across every system, rather than piecing together separate onboarding for each device. Our team helps sequence these installations so your practice can open, or your lab can scale, with confidence from the very first case.
Get Set Up the Right Way
Whether you’re purchasing a single piece of equipment or building a complete digital lab setup, installation and training shouldn’t be an afterthought. At Esthetic Professionals, it’s part of how we support every customer from the moment equipment ships to long after it’s up and running.
