We also offer CAD/CAM design software like exocad, along with milling materials, printing materials, burs, and other accessories. Whether you’re outfitting a single operatory or a full lab, our Distribution Center is built to be a one-stop shop.

Which brands does Esthetic Professionals sell?

We’re proud distributors of trusted manufacturers including Carestream Dental, DOF (Degree of Freedom), HeyGears, Shining 3D Dental, VHF, Dentread, Vita North America, LuxCreo, Desktop Health, Bien-Air, Nekspine, and Milestone Scientific, among others. We only distribute equipment that represents the best in up-to-date dentistry, and in many cases, equipment we use ourselves in our own laboratory and private practice.

What financing options are available?

We work with two dedicated financing partners, Everbank and Prime Health Financial, to help make equipment purchases more manageable. Depending on the equipment type, financing can start as low as $200/month for intraoral scanners and 3D printers, $400/month for mills, and $900/month for CBCT systems, subject to credit approval. Some plans also offer a payment deferral of up to six months, and terms can extend up to 60 months. Reach out to our team directly for current rates, since promotional offers change periodically.

Are there tax incentives for purchasing new dental equipment?

Many practices can take advantage of Section 179 of the tax code, which may allow the full purchase price of qualifying equipment to be deducted in the year it’s placed into service, rather than depreciated over several years. This can significantly reduce the effective first-year cost of a purchase, especially when combined with financing. We recommend speaking with your accountant to confirm what your practice qualifies for.

Does Esthetic Professionals offer new or refurbished equipment?

All equipment we sell is new and ships directly from the manufacturer. We don’t sell refurbished or used systems, which helps ensure full manufacturer warranties, current technology, and consistent long-term support

Will Esthetic Professionals beat a quote I already have?

If you already have a quote from another distributor, we’re happy to review it and work to beat the price. We guarantee competitive, transparent pricing across the equipment we carry.

Do you offer support after the equipment is installed?

Yes, and this is a major part of what sets us apart. We’re rated highly for post-sales support and in-house training, and our team stays available long after installation for troubleshooting, materials questions, and workflow guidance. We don’t consider the business relationship finished once equipment ships.

I’m opening a new practice. Where do I start?

Can I purchase equipment as a group practice?

Yes, we work with group practices and multi-location DSOs, and can structure equipment purchases, pricing, and financing accordingly. If you’re buying for multiple locations, let us know so we can put together options that reflect your scale.

How do I know which equipment is right for my practice or lab?

This depends on your case volume, the procedures you perform most often, and your existing digital workflow. Rather than recommending equipment in isolation, our team asks about your specific needs first. Because we use the same imaging, scanning, milling, and printing systems in our own laboratory and private practice, we can speak to real-world performance, not just manufacturer specs.
