Allan ParigianWe are very happy to welcome Dr. Allan Parigian as a new faculty member of our Advanced Fixed Prosthodontics Residency. We are positive our new residents will enjoy having him as a faculty member. Below, in his own word, is his introduction:

“I graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1979, after which I moved to Southern California to practice with my brother in La Verne. In 1983 I took several months off to travel with my wife. Upon our return, I purchased my current practice located in Ventura, and taught for two years at the USC School of dentistry.

I have always been a proponent of continuing dental education. In the 80’s I studied with Dr. Robert Lee in what has now become known as Bioesthetic Occlusion. I was a member of the Odontic seminar at USC. I completed Dr. Crispin’s esthetic residency while he was still at UCLA, where I became extremely impressed by his knowledge, ethics, and straight forward approach to teaching dentistry. I went on to complete his residencies in restoring dental implants, advanced occlusion, and most recently advanced fixed prosthodontics. I also was a member of his interdisciplinary study club.

My interest in joining the faculty at Esthetic Professionals is twofold. I’m always motivated and gaining knowledge when I’m around Dr. Crispin, and I have a great respect for him. Also, if I can give back something of what I have learned, then I would like to do so. Thank you for this opportunity.”

The Advanced Fixed Prosthodontics Residency begins September 27, 2013 and we cannot wait to get this year started!
