Having a successful dental practice, particularly a fee for service practice, is as much about operating a smart business as it is about having great clinical skills. With so little being taught in dental school about practice management, the average dentist starts out far behind other types of business owners and has to rely on additional time and effort to learn the essentials to excel in today’s competitive market. In this meeting, our speaker will cover a 10-point action plan that embodies the business side of dentistry.

How treatment is presented to patients is a critical component of case acceptance.  When discussing money, it is always an emotional subject, but the reality is, price alone is often not the main priority in a patient’s decision-making process.

Mastering visual communication with our patients and the laboratory are critical for esthetic treatment success. This part of the program will teach the entire team how to use the many available technologies and techniques used to communicate.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing, signed, and are dated when received at EP. If cancellations are made 30-60 days before the start of the program, 25% of the total tuition must still be paid. 100% of the total tuition is transferable to another program for one year with no penalties. If cancellations are made 0-30 days before the start of the program, 50% of the total tuition must still be paid. 75% of the total tuition is transferable to another program for one year. If cancellations are made after the start of the program, 100% of the total tuition must still be paid. 50% of the total tuition is transferable to another program for one year. Esthetic Professionals reserves the right to cancel any program seven days prior to the starting date. 100% refunds will be given or transferred to another program.
