Treating completely edentulous patients is one of the most demanding but also one of the most profitable components of private practice.  Dental implants provide alternatives that both simplify treatment and improve outcomes.  Over the last 20 years, Implants have become simpler to place and easier to restore allowing implant treatment to be easily incorporated into the daily life of any general practices.

This 2-days course is designed for dentists who want to learn how to diagnose and treat completely edentulous implant cases as follow:

The components of this 2-days course will include lectures, case presentations, and extensive hands-on exercises. Hands-on courses will be on Locator Attachment Pick Up for Implant Overdentures and transforming a mandibular denture into an interim fixed provisional denture.The clinical experience will be individualized, unique and set a new standard for implant prosthodontics education.

  • Maxillary Implant Fixed Complete Denture vs. Removable Overdentures
  • Practical Implant occlusion.
  • Update on CAD-CAM Prosthodontics
  • Introduction to guided surgery.

Day 1

9:00AM-1:00PM   Lecture: Mandibular Implant overdentures and fixed complete dentures. Concepts and treatment planning.

2:00PM-5:00PM   Hands-on: Attaching a 2-implant mandibular denture using locator attachments.

Day 2

9:00AM-1:00PM   Lecture: Restoring the maxillary edentulous arches with implants. Concepts and Treatment planning.

2:00PM-5:00   Hands-on: Transforming a mandibular denture into an interim fixed complete denture.

Dr. Tony Daher began practicing dentistry in California in 1982 and his love for teaching promoted him to earn in 1984 a Master’s of Science degree in Medical Education from the University of Southern California (USC).

Dr. Daher received a postgraduate certificate in Prosthodontics in 1988 from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). Dr. Daher is the co-director of the Global Dental Implant Academy (GDIA). He is a former Associate Professor and past prosthodontic director at Loma Linda University, and past Lecturer with the Advanced Prosthodontic Program at UCLA. He maintains a private practice limited to Prosthodontics and Implant Dentistry in LaVerne, California. He has written many scientific and clinical articles, Textbook chapters and eBooks chapters (over 50 scientific articles and book chapter) and has lectured nationally and internationally about Prosthodontics (over 150 presentations). Dr. Daher is active member in many dental and prosthodontics societies.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing, signed, and are dated when received at EP. If cancellations are made 30-60 days before the start of the program, 25% of the total tuition must still be paid.100% of the total tuition is transferable to another program for one year with no penalties. If cancellations are made 0-30 days before the start of the program, 50% of the total tuition must still be paid.75% of the total tuition is transferable to another program for one year. If cancellations are made after the start of the program, 100% of the total tuition must still be paid.50% of the total tuition is transferable to another program for one year. Esthetic Professionals reserves the right to cancel any program seven days prior to the starting date. 100% refunds will be given or transferred to another program.
