INTRODUCTION

AM-PM “Occlusion”: what does it really mean? Is it limited to how teeth come together and function or is it more complex? This course will provide the foundation for a logical understanding of “occlusion”. The majority of the day will be devoted to understanding the neuromuscular physiology of the stomatognathic system and how to avoid common dental related injuries. Avoiding common injuries is the key but when injuries occur, it is essential to know how to treat and deal with them. Occlusion part 1 will provide the foundation necessary for the future study of occlusion.

Esthetic Professionals Dental Education Center in Tarzana California is pleased to have Dr. Brad Eli, a nationally recognized leader in pain management and sleep disorders treatment. In addition, simple restorative techniques will be presented by Dr. Bruce Crispin that he has used to manage and control symptomatic patients.

PM- The afternoon bonus lecture/hands-on session presented by Dr. Bruce Crispin, is the finale of Esthetic Professionals “Direct Restorative Series”. This bonus lecture is designed to update attendees on the broad spectrum of contemporary materials and techniques that are available for use when placing posterior composites.  This bonus program is designed as an easy way to update or validate your posterior composite techniques.
